Jamajka je známá svými rumy s vysokým obsahem esterů. Produkuje velké množství rumů, které Plantation představuje ve svých limitovaných edicích.

Tento nový ročník, vyrobený z melasy z místně pěstované cukrové třtiny, byl destilován v kotlíkovém destilačním přístroji Vendome Double-Retort, který vytváří elegantní aromatický profil, lehčí než tradiční jamajské rumy vyráběné v kotlíkových destilačních přístrojích.
Vůně : Intenzivní tropické tóny banánů a vanilky s meruňkami a kořením.
Tóny : persimonu, pomerančové kůry a zázvoru, rozvíjející se na dehtu, mořské vodě a kafru.
Chuť : Bohatý ovocný profil s tóny dřeva, vanilky, pudinku a toastů, které se rozvíjejí v melounu, guavě a vařeném jablku.
Závěr : Kokosové mléko, dub, koření, vanilka, lékořice, banán a badyán.

Plantation Rum continues to explore the world of rum with its latest release from

the Vintage Collection “Under the Sea,” the Jamaica MSP 2007. This limited

edition, selected from only 28 casks and aged 15 years in both the Caribbean

and France, highlights the incredible diversity of its terroir.

 

lantation Rum marks its second stop on this world tour with a rum distilled in a traditional Jamaican coppern pot still, featuring intense notes of vanilla and rich fruit. A real treat for the biggest fans of Jamaican rums!

Jamaica is the third largest island in the Caribbean Sea, and it is renowned for being the birthplace of reggae music.

It is also the home of some of the world’s best rum distilleries, such as the mythical Clarendon Distillery, which produced this vibrant expression. The tropical climate and fertile soil make it the perfect environment for the cultivation of sugar cane. Known for its high-ester heavy rums,Jamaica

produces a large variety of rums that Plantation showcases in its limited editions.

Made with molasses from locally grown sugar cane, this new vintage was distilled in a Vendome Double-Retort pot still that produces an elegant aromatic profile,

lighter than the traditional pot still Jamaican rum.
